Discovery

The first step is to find out if we’re a good match! After you complete the form below I'll reach out to schedule a day/time so we can chat about your vision and how I can help make it reality.

Onboarding

After the discovery call, I'll send over a customized proposal that will outline the process and list of deliverables. Once you approve the proposal and pay the deposit invoice you’ll then be able to pick a start date.

Homework

To ensure we make the most of your investment, I’ll start a collaborative Pinterest board where you can add all the images, colors, illustrations and photography that represent your vision. 

I'll also need you to provide the content for each specific page and complete the IDX setup with the provider and your MLS.

Design

This is where you vision starts to come to life. After I present the designs, you’ll get the chance to give feedback and comments. This goes back and forth until we reach the perfect final result. Once the designs are finalized, development can begin!

Launch

Once everything is completed, I’ll do one final QA check to make sure everything is working as it should on desktop & mobile. Right before launching I'll send over the final invoice and prep the website for transfer. With the final balance paid, it’s time for launch!

Answers to your Questions

You, the client, are responsible for  providing all of the content (images, text, videos, links, ect), as well as purchase of the domain and hosting accounts.  If you don’t already have one, I highly recommend the “StartUp” Web hosting plan with Siteground. Once it’s time to launch I’ll ask for login info in order to transfer your website.

I can’t stress enough the importance of providing all of these items in a timely manner. If you’re delayed, it can push back other projects on the waitlist and may even incur a fee. Usually I’ll give you one week to gather these things.

You will need to purchase a domain. There are many sites that offer cheap domains such as Google, GoDaddy, and Siteground.

No. There are many sites that you can purchase hosting services from. I personally use Siteground for both my domain and hosting.

Yes, I can help you during the process of purchasing a domain/hosting plan after we’ve entered into a contract and I’ve received your initial deposit.

I have tried almost every website platform out there, and I wholeheartedly believe that WordPress is the absolute best. While this is my primary use, I do suggest using SquareSpace for the single-page Websites.

I reserve your spot in the queue with a deposit of 50%. The remaining balance is paid prior to the launch of the Website.

If you choose add-ons for your Website, those fees shall be factored into your Website project proposal. I don’t personally provide the IDX plugin feature, therefore, you’ll have to pay a monthly fee to the provider, iHomeFinder, for that service.

Post installation support is available for updates and bugs and will be billed separately.

For any alterations or customizations, a new proposal will need to be created and accepted.
